I work with adults, couples, and adult families navigating developmental and attachment trauma, anxiety, relational difficulties, and patterns that can leave you feeling disconnected from yourself or others. These struggles may show up as chronic self-criticism, shame, difficulty trusting or relying on others, emotional disconnection, conflict in relationships, or a sense that familiar ways of protecting yourself are no longer working. As a Certified NARM Master Therapist, my work is grounded in the NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM), a present-focused approach to complex and developmental trauma. We become curious about the adaptive strategies that developed in response to earlier experiences—how they helped you navigate what was once necessary, and how they may continue to shape your relationships, identity, and nervous system today. Therapy with me is relational, collaborative, and depth-oriented. I bring attention not only to what you understand intellectually, but also to what is happening emotionally and relationally in the present moment. Together, we work toward greater awareness, choice, emotional flexibility, and the capacity for more authentic connection with yourself and others. If this way of working resonates with you, I welcome you to reach out to explore whether working together may be a good fit.
