Is it time for a new season? Whether you're working through old pain, navigating a life transition, or simply looking for a place to be fully known and understood, you don't have to carry it alone. Since 2010, I've walked alongside adults across North Texas as they've faced life's hardest changes — offering a steady, safe space for real healing to take root. My work is grounded in Biblical faith and shaped by a deep understanding of how the mind and body hold onto pain. Drawing on trauma-informed care, insight-oriented therapy, and calming strategies that help restore your nervous system's capacity to heal, I create a treatment approach as individual as you are — whether you're working through trauma, relationship struggles, or the aftermath of abuse.
