Introduction

Welcome! I’m Andrew, and I’d be honored to support you on your healing journey. I offer a warm, grounded space to explore what’s weighing on you and to break free from the patterns that keep you stuck. I work especially well with clients navigating relationship stress—romantic, family, or work—as well as trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, and ADHD. My approach is holistic, down-to-earth, and adaptable—direct or lighthearted when needed. I also support men in connecting with authentic masculinity and women with authentic femininity, and I work well with artists, highly sensitive individuals, and high achievers. My work draws from modalities that foster deep, lasting change, including CBT, humanistic and Jungian approaches, 12-step principles, expressive arts, and somatic practices such as yoga and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu–informed awareness. Whether you’re working through relationship patterns, a breakup, dating challenges, or family dynamics, we’ll collaborate to create meaningful, sustainable growth. I’ve done extensive personal work myself and have been 14 years sober. I understand that real transformation doesn’t happen in isolation—it requires safe connection, time, and guidance. I provide a supportive, grounded environment where you can process, heal, and reconnect with your true self. I also offer STRAS Art Therapy (STRAS™: Symbolic Therapy for Reconsolidation and Associative Synaptic Integration — a structured approach I developed that blends elements of EMDR and expressive art therapy to help process emotions, identify patterns, and create new internal experiences in a visual and experiential way). I work out-of-network and can provide superbills for reimbursement. Sliding scale options are available for clients who qualify.
