Hi, I’m Andrew Titus, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in New York. I specialize in working with LGBTQ+ adults; especially queer and gay men who are navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Many of my clients come to me feeling stuck in old patterns, weighed down by self-criticism, or struggling with intimacy, people-pleasing, or perfectionism. In our work together, I bring curiosity, humor, and compassion. We’ll slow things down and notice the links between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, while also paying attention to the body and nervous system. My approach draws from CBT, DBT, and attachment-based therapy, but what matters most is finding what actually feels useful and doable for you. Therapy with me is collaborative and practical. Sometimes that means developing tools to help you feel less reactive in the moment; other times it’s about exploring deeper themes of identity, grief, or belonging. My goal is to help you feel more connected to yourself and to others so you can move through the world with greater ease, confidence, and authenticity
