I work with individuals and families who feel stuck under the weight of trauma, stress, relationship challenges, anxiety, or depression—including many first responders, veterans, healthcare professionals, and educators who've spent years caring for others while neglecting their own needs. As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), I provide compassionate, trauma-informed care using evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I believe symptoms like anxiety, perfectionism, and burnout are often adaptive responses to overwhelming experiences, not personal flaws. My role is to help you understand these patterns with compassion, process what shaped them, and develop new ways of relating to yourself and others. I work with teenagers, young adults, adults, and elders across the lifespan. I'm currently accepting new clients and offer both in-person and telehealth sessions, accepting Aetna, Anthem, Cigna Healthcare, and CareFirst BCBS. Taking the step to seek support shows real strength—I'm here to meet you with care and respect.
