Introduction

Sometimes life becomes overwhelming due to trauma, increased anxiety and depressive symptoms leading us to believe there is something inherently wrong with us. We sometimes forget that we have the power to change our situation and circumstances. My goal is not to just treat the symptoms, but rather uncover the underlying root cause that triggered these symptoms and empower you to move forward in a positive direction. Treating the symptoms alone may cause the issue to present itself again. I have worked with individuals, couples and families of various cultures, socioeconomic status, ages, and challenges. It is my belief that everyone has their unique set of personal struggles, yet we are all meant to live a happy, healthy, peaceful, and fulfilling life.
