Introduction

I founded Rahangdale Psychiatry PLLC to provide thoughtful, individualized psychiatric care for adults seeking diagnostic clarity and practical treatment. My clinical focus is adult ADHD evaluation and treatment, while also addressing anxiety, depression, sleep difficulties, stress, burnout, and life transitions. Many people come to care after years of wondering why focus, motivation, organization, emotional regulation, or follow-through feel harder than they should. Sometimes ADHD is part of the picture. Sometimes anxiety, depression, sleep disruption, burnout, trauma-related stress, medical factors, or life circumstances are contributing as well. My goal is to understand the full clinical picture before making treatment recommendations. I provide telehealth-based psychiatric evaluation and medication management for adults in Massachusetts. Care may include rating scales, careful diagnostic assessment, medication treatment when appropriate, behavioral strategies, psychotherapy-informed support, and coordination with other clinicians. My approach is practical, individualized, and grounded in careful evaluation. Rather than rushing to a diagnosis or medication decision, I aim to understand the full clinical picture and develop a treatment plan that fits each patient’s goals, history, and day-to-day life. Rahangdale Psychiatry PLLC is a self-pay practice and does not currently accept insurance. This model allows visits to be longer, more thoughtful, and less constrained by insurance requirements. Patients are responsible for payment at the time of service. Superbills may be provided upon request for possible out-of-network reimbursement. For more information, see www.rahangdalepsychiatry.com
