I work with adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, and identity strain related to work/school stress, ADHD, learning differences, narcissistic abuse, and major life transitions. Many of my clients are high-achieving professionals, parents, or caregivers who previously relied on overworking or perfectionism to cope strategies that no longer work and often lead to burnout, shame, or a loss of self-worth. I have specialized training in Applied Behavior Analysis and behavioral pattern assessment, which informs my work with adults with ADHD, dyslexia, and executive functioning challenges in work and academic settings. I also support clients affected by chronic stressors such as racial discrimination, relational harm, and high-pressure workplaces. My approach is Adlerian, strength-based, and practical. Therapy with me focuses on understanding patterns, building sustainable coping strategies, and reconnecting clients to a sense of purpose and competence without judgment or pathologizing. I provide teletherapy to adults in Illinois, Texas, and Washington State, and I currently have availability.
