Introduction

I'm so glad you're here. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate offering virtual therapy across North Carolina. I work with teens and adults who are carrying a lot, whether that's anxiety, trauma, relationship stress, mood changes, identity shifts, or the quiet weight of life transitions. Many of the people I support are navigating women's issues, pregnancy or postpartum changes, caregiving demands, or seasons of deep personal growth. My approach is trauma informed, relational, and rooted in compassion. I believe therapy should feel human. You don't have to show up with perfect words, a clear goal, or a polished version of yourself. You don't have to do therapy the right way. My role isn't to fix you. It's to understand you. I see you as the expert on your own life, and I bring warmth, curiosity, transparency, and strong clinical training to support you along the way. Together, we'll move at a pace that feels safe and collaborative. We'll build insight, practical coping tools, and a deeper sense of confidence in who you are and how you want to live. My hope is that you leave sessions feeling grounded, supported, and less alone in what you're carrying. To my clients, I'm a therapist, validator, steady support, and a place of safety without judgment. To my friends and family, I'm simply Angel. I value meaningful conversation, love supporting local businesses, enjoy time near the water whenever I can get it, and appreciate the balance between deep work and lighthearted moments. When I'm not in session, you can usually find me recharging with people I love, exploring new coffee shops around Raleigh, or catching up on my TBR list. If you're curious about working together, I offer a free 15 minute intro call so we can see if it feels like a good fit.
