I work with adults who are seeking greater self-understanding while navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem, or significant life changes. You may be looking for support as you navigate a difficult season, better understand yourself, or figure out what you need moving forward. Whether you're facing a major life change or simply hoping to feel more grounded, I’m here to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space to explore what matters to you and work toward meaningful change. My approach is primarily humanistic, with an emphasis on collaboration, self-understanding, and your autonomy in the therapeutic process. I may also incorporate strategies from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing (MI), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), depending on your needs and what feels most helpful to you. You don’t have to have all the answers before reaching out. Therapy can be a space to slow down, feel heard, and explore what meaningful change might look like for you. If you’re ready to take that first step, I’d be honored to work alongside you at a pace you're comfortable with.
