Hello! I consider myself a "wounded healer." I love to walk fellow sojourners to the other side of bondage to unhealthy coping skills and thought patterns. Together, we can become curious about maladaptive behaviors and thoughts, and then bring healing to younger "parts" of us that can be roots of these difficulties. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and an EMDR certified therapist. With over 25 years of counseling experience, I thrive in creating spaces for clients to feel seen, heard, and understood. I am passionate about helping people from any walk of life heal from big and small levels of trauma.
