Introduction

Life can be complicated, overwhelming, and painful-and it’s completely human to struggle sometimes. I provide a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where teens, adults, and couples can feel safe to explore what’s holding them back and begin moving toward healing and growth. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, shaped by empathy, and guided by deep respect for each person’s individual story, strengths, and innate capacity for transformation and lasting recovery. I specialize in helping individuals navigate the complex challenges of trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, chronic pain, and relationship issues. Whether the trauma is developmental, relational, acute, or whether someone is struggling with substance use, I meet clients where they are and support them in finding their way forward. I work collaboratively with clients to explore and understand the patterns that keep them stuck, develop effective coping strategies, and foster a renewed connection with their most authentic selves.
