Introduction

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and founder of Hopeful Healing Haven Therapy. I work with young adults and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, emotional exhaustion, or a life transition that has left them feeling uncertain about what comes next. Sometimes, life may look fine from the outside while internally you’re running on empty, overthinking everything, or struggling to find your footing. Therapy can be a place to pause, untangle what’s weighing on you, and better understand what you need to support healing and growth. My style is warm, curious, and practical. I tailor therapy to the person in front of me, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Brainspotting, and mindfulness-based approaches. We’ll focus not only on understanding where you’ve been, but on finding ways to feel more grounded and capable in where you are now. I offer telehealth therapy throughout California, accept most major insurance plans, with private-pay options also available, and I'm currently welcoming new clients. I also offer group classes and healing workshops designed to provide practical tools for managing life's challenges. You don’t need to have the right words or a clear plan to begin. Sometimes, you just need a place to start—and I’m here to help you take that first step.
