Introduction

“I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who believes that healing is not just about addressing what is happening in our minds—it’s about caring for the whole person: mind, body, and emotional well-being. My approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative, creating a safe space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported without judgment. I have extensive experience working with children, teenagers, adults, and families. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to support individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, life transitions, relationship challenges, identity development, significant life transitions, and other emotional and behavioral concerns. I am trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), an evidence-based approach designed to help children and adolescents who have experienced trauma, with the involvement and support of their caregivers. I also incorporate somatic and polyvagal-informed approaches, recognizing the important connection between the nervous system, emotions, thoughts, and physical experiences. I believe understanding how our bodies respond to stress and trauma can be an important part of creating lasting change. Whether you are struggling with something that has happened recently or carrying experiences that have affected you for years, therapy can provide an opportunity to better understand yourself, develop new coping skills, and move toward the life you want.
