I've spent over 15 years helping adults work through anxiety, depression, and life transitions while strengthening their relationships. I believe healing happens in a compassionate space where you can identify your strengths and develop coping skills that feel authentic to you. My approach draws from Existential and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy perspectives, and I use Gottman Institute methods when working with couples. Because every person is different, I customize our work together—whether you thrive with deep conversation and problem-solving or prefer structured homework and weekly goals, we'll shape therapy around what serves you best. I work with young adults and adults, offering both individual and couples sessions via telehealth or in-person. I accept UPMC Health Plan, Highmark/BCBS, United Healthcare/Optum, Meritain Health, Aetna, Cigna Healthcare, and TRICARE East. I'm currently accepting new clients. I'm here to help you build a meaningful life.
