Hi, I’m Angela. My journey into therapy began with a simple realization: real healing happens when you feel truly seen, supported, and accepted as a whole person. I work with clients in a collaborative, down-to-earth space where you can explore your experiences at your own pace and show up exactly as you are. I specialize in supporting individuals navigating trauma and PTSD, anxiety, grief and loss, and major life transitions, with a deep focus on the unique experiences of veterans and cancer survivors. My person-centered, trauma-informed approach integrates CBT and existential therapy. Together, we won't just talk through life's challenges—we'll uncover what gives your life meaning and build practical, real-world tools that foster inner strength, resilience, and lasting change. Currently, I am pursuing my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Bellevue University as a Counselor-in-Training. I also hold a Bachelor’s degree in Medical Office Management from Ohio Christian University.
