I’m a pre-licensed therapist who believes therapy works best when it’s rooted in real human connection. I provide LGBTQIA+ affirming, trauma-informed therapy for clients navigating anxiety, ADHD, autism, identity exploration, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions. Many of the people I support feel stuck, misunderstood, or exhausted from trying to keep everything together, and are looking for a space where they can show up fully as themselves without judgment. My approach is collaborative, flexible, and tailored to each individual rather than a one-size-fits-all model. Therapy can be challenging at times, but it can also be conversational, supportive, and even fun. I blend emotion-focused, strength-based, person-centered, and Adlerian therapy with practical tools from DBT, REBT, and solution-focused work to support both insight and real-life change. As a queer, neurodivergent therapist, my lived experience deeply shapes how I show up in the therapy space. When clients share these identities, I bring an added layer of understanding that can make therapy feel safer and more affirming, though I welcome and support clients of all identities. I strive to create a warm, inclusive environment where clients feel heard, empowered, and supported as they build coping skills, self-advocacy, and a stronger sense of self.
