Hi, I’m Angie. I work with adults navigating past trauma, present stress, and the complexities of family and relational dynamics. I believe therapy should feel humanizing, not pathologizing - I focus on the strengths, resilience, and wisdom you already carry, and together we find practical ways forward that bring clarity and hope. With more than twenty years of experience in child welfare and mental health - and as an adoptee myself - I bring both professional expertise and lived understanding of how family of origin experiences shape us. I support adults in making sense of their histories and creating healthier patterns in their present. For parents and caregivers, I offer space to reflect on how their own stories shape their parenting and to approach themselves and their children with more compassion and care. I also specialize in working with other clinicians, helping them build capacity and resilience by creating a space to process the impact of their work, restore balance, and develop practices that sustain them in serving individuals and communities deeply impacted by trauma. No matter what brings you here, you'll find a space that honors your story, builds on your strengths, and supports you in making meaningful change.
