My approach is holistic and integrative, as I consider each individual’s needs and current challenges to craft approaches and interventions to reduce distress and promote healing. Examples of evidence-based modalities I use include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), as well as somatic and mindfulness based interventions. I have a deep respect for mind-body therapy, the power of nature, and the role of spirituality in emotional health and wellness. I help people bring curiosity to their own innate healing potential, and needs, as we navigate the symptoms that are troubling them and uncover hidden issues that might be contributing to the distress.
