As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with nearly 20 years of experience in the mental health field, I specialize in helping Highly Sensitive People (HSPs), empaths, and deeply feeling individuals embrace their sensitivity as a strength rather than viewing it as something to overcome. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed by the intensity of their emotions, exhausted from caring for others, struggling with boundaries, or carrying the effects of past experiences and trauma. Together, we work to cultivate greater self-understanding, emotional resilience, self-trust, and confidence in navigating life as a highly sensitive person. I integrate EMDR, Brainspotting, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help clients heal at a deep level, process unresolved experiences, and develop a healthier relationship with themselves. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that sensitivity is not a weakness, it is a unique strength that can become a source of wisdom, intuition, creativity, and connection. In addition to individual therapy, I offer psychoeducational and experiential groups for Highly Sensitive People. These groups provide a supportive environment to learn practical skills for managing sensitivity, strengthening boundaries, regulating the nervous system, and fine-tuning intuition while connecting with others who share similar experiences. I offer private-pay therapy at $200 per 60-minute session and HSP groups at $295 for a six-week program consisting of six 2-hour sessions.
