I specialize in working with adults of all ages who struggle with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and bipolar disorder. I also have a firm background in assisting with identity issues, trauma, and PTSD. I help by providing a safe, supportive environment in which to address mental health, working with clients to develop an individualized plan to gain insight, develop coping strategies, and manage symptoms. My intention is to help you become the best version of yourself and empower you to take control of your life and achieve your goals. To begin, you can expect that we will complete an intake where we collaboratively identify your most pressing concerns and develop a plan of action to help you manage symptoms, address concerns, and develop the skills needed to move forward with your life. As a Skidmore College alum, I am well versed in using creative thought to assist you in developing coping skills and strategies that will be unique to you and your situation. I am open-minded and supportive, providing a non-judgmental space for support and development of personalized solutions to assist you.
