Hi, I’m Angela. I’m a bilingual (English/Spanish) therapist and military veteran who understands what it’s like to carry heavy things, keep going, and still want a life that feels meaningful. I work with adults, especially veterans, active duty service members, first responders, and military-connected individuals who are navigating trauma, anxiety, life transitions, relationships, and the challenges that come with service, sacrifice, and big changes. I also support people who didn’t serve but live with their own versions of hard things. You don’t have to have a military background to work with me. If you’re carrying a lot, you’re welcome here. My approach is practical, solution-focused, and collaborative. Together, we’ll look at what’s working, what’s not, and what you want your life to look like. I’ll help you build tools, create realistic goals, and take steps that actually fit your life, not just what looks good on paper. I bring compassion, honesty, and a little humor when appropriate, because healing can be serious work and still feel human. As a veteran, I get it: the weight, the “always on” mode, the identity shifts, and the complicated mix of pride, grief, anger, and love for the life you’ve lived. I offer a space where you can be real, process what’s hard, and reconnect with what matters most to you. También ofrezco terapia en español. Sé lo importante que es poder hablar de tus experiencias, valores y emociones en tu propio idioma. Faith, culture, and personal
