Many are thoughtful, self-aware adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, burnout, relationship challenges, or complex health concerns. Together, we explore and work through patterns that show up in relationships and within yourself so you can reconnect, feel more at ease, and live more authentically. My style is warm, direct, and collaborative. I don’t believe in a one size fits all approach.
