I provide EMDR therapy from an attachment, AIP and polyvagal informed lens and integrate EMDR Therapy into Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT) amongst other evidenced based practices.
