My journey in behavioral health began in 2006 as an addiction counselor. Since then, I've worked in psychiatric hospitals, intensive outpatient programs, and private practice, supporting adults through life's challenges and opportunities for growth. I work with adults navigating anxiety, low self-esteem, perfectionism, people-pleasing, relationship difficulties, grief, and substance use concerns. I also support individuals seeking personal growth, greater self-awareness, improved confidence, and meaningful life changes. My approach is warm, genuine, collaborative, and direct. I integrate CBT, ACT, mindfulness, narrative, and attachment-based approaches to help clients recognize unhelpful patterns, develop healthier boundaries, and reconnect with their authentic selves. In addition to virtual therapy, I offer in-person ecotherapy and nature-based walk-and-talk sessions (private pay only). I also offer personal growth and life coaching services for individuals seeking guidance, clarity, and greater fulfillment outside traditional mental health treatment. I believe meaningful change begins with connection, self-awareness, and the courage to live authentically.
