Introduction

I work with a trauma-informed, collaborative approach that honors your pace and your voice. Drawing from evidence-based and parts-informed methods, I help you understand how past experiences shape the present, build skills for emotional regulation, and move toward what matters most to you. Whether you're navigating depression, trauma, dissociation, relationship challenges, or the lasting effects of abuse, I'm here to listen without judgment and support your healing. I work with individuals, couples, and families across the lifespan—from teenagers to elders—and I'm experienced in supporting military veterans, addressing racial identity concerns, and helping survivors process betrayal and complex trauma. My goal is to identify your strengths, create practical tools you can use, and establish healthy boundaries at a pace that feels right for you. I offer telehealth sessions and accept most major insurance plans, including Ohio Medicaid. I'm currently accepting new clients and would be honored to walk alongside you.
