Introduction

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with over 12 years of experience supporting people through some of life’s most difficult chapters. My background is rooted in community-based support and mental health prevention, which has given me a deep understanding of how to meet people exactly where they are. My clients often describe me as warm and motivating. I’m not here to just “treat” a condition; I’m here to help you unlock your personal strengths. Whether we are navigating the weight of grief, healing from trauma, or working toward a breakthrough in your personal life, I strive to create a collaborative space where growth and resilience actually feel possible. My approach is deeply engaged and strengths-based. Currently, I am completing my doctoral degree in Performance Psychology, which allows me to bring a unique edge to our sessions. I blend traditional clinical counseling with high-performance strategies, helping you not only heal from the past but also optimize how you show up in your daily life. I believe in being an active participant in your journey, providing the motivation and tools you need to move from “surviving” to “thriving.”
