Introduction

Hi! My name is Angie. I work with individuals, couples, and families who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or wanting things to feel different in their relationships and daily life. I have a special interest in working with Latinx and Spanish-speaking clients, LGBTQ+ clients, and neurodivergent clients, including people with ADHD and Autism. I also enjoy helping couples and families strengthen communication, better understand each other, and work through conflict with more care and support. My approach is warm, supportive, and collaborative. I want therapy to feel like a space where you can be yourself and feel truly seen. I value creating an environment that feels respectful, affirming, and culturally aware, where all parts of your identity and experience are welcome. My goal is to help clients better understand themselves, navigate challenges with more confidence, and build more fulfilling relationships.
