Introduction

I'm a first-generation Queer Latina therapist, and as someone neurodivergent myself (AuDHD), I deeply understand the journey of unmasking and reclaiming your authentic self. I work with neurodivergent individuals, LGBTQIA+ folks, and BIPOC communities—providing holistic, affirming care that honors your whole self. My approach blends person-centered therapy with somatic techniques and Internal Family Systems (IFS) work, creating space to release stuck emotions and rebuild your boundaries. For those interested, I also integrate reiki, astrology, or tarot therapeutically. I'm fluent in Spanish and work with individuals, couples, families, and teens across all ages. Whether you're navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, I'm here to help you get grounded and come home to yourself. I offer both telehealth and in-person sessions and am currently accepting new clients. Healing is a journey of returning home to yourself and you don't have to walk it alone!
