Introduction

To continue Marianne Williamson’s quote, "Your playing small does not serve the world...As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others." I firmly believe we are ALL inherently powerful and have the abilities within ourselves to lead joyful and fulfilling lives. We sometimes find ourselves "stuck" in our own heads or experiencing "over the top reactions" to situations (a trauma response) that leave us bewildered and confused. Many of us are moving between panic with flight/fight/freeze/fawn responses and numbness/dissociation just to survive being alive in this period of history. Are you looking for a new way of living...of being? Are you searching for a new approach to being authentically YOU? Maybe you are even wondering who YOU authentically are? I would love the opportunity to travel with you on your journey, whether it's walking through tangled vines of depression or anxiety, navigating the rapids of relationship turbulence, or finding healing breath while grieving the loss of a loved one/health/job/future. It would be my humble pleasure to work with you.
