Introduction

I provide individual therapy for adults navigating childhood, relational, and religious trauma, as well as major life transitions. I offer a calm, compassionate space to help you understand what you’ve been carrying and move forward with greater clarity, connection, and peace. My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy. IFS helps us understand the different “parts” of ourselves that carry fear, shame, anger, or self-protection—often developed in response to trauma or difficult experiences. Rather than trying to eliminate these parts, we work with them compassionately so healing and change can happen from within. If you’re ready to begin, or simply curious about whether we might be a good fit, I invite you to reach out by phone, text, or email. Getting started can feel hard. You don’t have to have it all figured out to take the first step.
