Introduction

You may be carrying the effects of trauma, adjusting to pregnancy or life after birth, struggling in an important relationship, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself and the life you want to be living. I work with adults and older adolescents who are navigating trauma and PTSD, anxiety, women’s issues, emotional regulation, relationship concerns, major life transitions, and substance-use recovery. My approach is holistic, person-centred, and trauma-informed. Rather than looking at symptoms in isolation, we consider the whole picture, including your relationships, environment, routines, stress, coping patterns, physical well-being, and the ways your mind and body influence one another. I draw from approaches such as CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness, Internal Family Systems, motivational interviewing, and attachment-based therapy based on your needs and goals. My background in crisis intervention has taught me how important it is for therapy to feel steady, respectful, and safe. Together, we can explore where your current patterns came from, build practical coping and communication skills, and develop healthier ways of moving through your life. I offer in-person therapy in Bourne and secure telehealth throughout Massachusetts and am currently accepting new clients.
