Before becoming a counselor, I spent 25 years working as a CPA and had my own Certified Public Accounting Practice. I have seen mental health concerns affect so many people in Corporate America as well as in every day lives. Dysfunction is one constant in all walks of life. I chose to be a therapist because I knew I could make a difference. I know therapy works. I am so blessed to be in a field where I can help my clients achieve the life they deserve and want. My personality comes out in my approach with clients - I am fun, light hearted, caring, and value all my clients. My goal is to show my clients they have what it takes to live a joyful and fulfilling life. You will be greeted with a warm welcome, a caring heart, and complete regard as we work together to help you achieve your goals. My years of being a mom, wife, daughter, and friend have given me valuable insight into what works and doesn’t work in relationships. My training and experience have given me the knowledge and direction to get to the root causes and find healthy solutions for my clients to reach their goals. This work is more than a career for me—it is a calling. Outside of counseling, I am involved in volunteering with the homeless population of Columbus, helping families find secure housing and shelter. Helping those in underprivileged communities is a passion of mine. In my free time, I enjoy dancing, movies, karaoke, and spending time with my husband (a former special forces operator), my son who is in college, and my little girl. I also spend a lot of time volunteering in the homeschool community and helping younger moms maneuver parenting. My life is full but one of my greatest joys is my job and my clients.
