My work is informed by my belief in the innate capacity of each person for growth, healing, and self-understanding. My role is to be a guide and support on your journey of healing and self-knowledge. My experience has mainly been with children, adolescents, transitional age youth, and families from underprivileged communities in France, New York City, and Los Angeles. I am bilingual in French and English. This has included practicing play therapy, which is an important tool for understanding the world of children. As a professional I have also been connected with unhoused mothers and pregnant women. I am comfortable working with clients who have been diagnosed as having special needs, serious mental illness, and/or severe trauma. The work I do is meant to expand individual and collective healing through individual therapy, group therapy, networking with other health and healing professionals, and continuously widening my knowledge base through experience and research. My methods are evidence-based and include psychodynamic, existential, arts therapy, play therapy, and mindfulness-based therapies. My clinical and professional experience, as well as my natural curiosity about the world has allowed me to become trauma-informed, culturally-informed, and spiritually-informed.
