Emerging adulthood is a season of growth, change, and self-discovery. Whether you're navigating college, beginning your career, considering graduate school, moving out on your own, building healthier relationships, healing from past experiences, or simply trying to figure out who you are, this stage of life can feel both exciting and overwhelming. I specialize in working with emerging adults as they navigate life's transitions with greater confidence, clarity, and emotional well-being. Together, we'll create a space where you can explore anxiety, identity, relationships, self-esteem, family dynamics, and the challenges that often arise while stepping into adulthood. I earned my Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Mercy University and provide a warm, collaborative, and culturally responsive approach to therapy. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, develop lasting coping skills, and build a life that feels authentic to who you are; not who you think you're supposed to be.
