Introduction

Welcome—I want to honor the courage it takes to be here. Born and raised in India, spent my formative years in Florida and the past decade in Seattle’s tech industry. These experiences have taught me how deeply change and identity are intertwined. Your story may come with its own physical, emotional, intellectual, or spiritual challenges. These may show up as anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, life changes, chronic illness, identity questions, or shifting roles. These struggles touch the way we relate to ourselves and to others, creating a gap between how we experience our inner and outer worlds. This gap can leave us feeling alone, unseen, or misunderstood. My role is to help build bridge that gap, so you can move toward living with more honesty, freedom, and alignment with your values. I take a holistic approach to health, seeing you as a whole person rather than a set of symptoms, meet you where you are and lean on ACT and IFS principles. Together, we’ll look at your thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and relationships with openness, humor, and honesty, while keeping your story at the center. Above all, I want to help you give voice to your untold story in a safe space where you can share openly, explore deeply, and discover new possibilities for yourself.
