hi, I’m Anita Faircloth, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who helps teens and adults better understand themselves, navigate life’s challenges, and create meaningful change. I specialize in working with individuals experiencing symptoms of ADHD, Anxiety, and related challenges. My goal is to create a supportive space where you can develop greater self-awareness, build on your strengths, and learn skills that support lasting change. THERAPY SERVICES My approach to therapy is collaborative and strengths-based. I draw from several evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches to provide personalized support for each individual. By integrating these therapeutic approaches, I help clients navigate ADHD, Anxiety, Trauma, and other life challenges with practical strategies tailored to their unique needs. I have extensive experience helping individuals with ADHD and Anxiety and regularly participate in advanced training to stay current with research and best practices. I completed an intensive certification program through the Institute of Certified ADHD Professionals and am an ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP). PARENT CONSULTATION SERVICES In addition to individual therapy services, I provide parent consultation services to support individuals and families navigating the challenges of ADHD and related concerns. Parents play a critical role in supporting a child with ADHD, and I provide compassionate, solution-focused consultation to help strengthen family relationships through ADHD-informed parenting. Together, we can explore how ADHD affects your child's behavior and learning while developing effective strategies to manage ADHD-related challenges. ***Consultation Services are not covered by insurance. If you would like to learn more about therapy services or parent consultation services, I offer a free initial consultation. This is an opportunity to ask questions, learn more about how I work, and explore how I can support you or your family.
