I offer compassionate, collaborative support to parents navigating the challenges and transitions of early parenthood. I specialize in perinatal mental health and parent consultation for families with children from birth through age ten. I support clients through pregnancy and postpartum adjustment, as well as the emotional and behavioral challenges that can arise during early childhood. As a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Provider (PMH-C) with advanced training in child development, I draw on evidence-based approaches tailored to each client's needs. My clinical approach integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Interpersonal Therapy (IPT). I am also trained in SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions), an evidence-based approach that helps parents support children experiencing anxiety. My work is grounded in the belief that when caregivers feel supported, the whole family thrives. I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where parents can feel understood, build confidence, and navigate the complexities of family life. I invite you to reach out for a free 15-minute phone consultation to explore whether we might be a good fit.
