I bring a calm, steady presence to my work with adults navigating depression, anxiety, grief, relational challenges, chronic pain or illness, stress, life transitions, substance use and recovery, and trauma. I hold a Master of Arts in Christian Counseling from Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary, where I received additional training in integrating faith and spirituality with clinical practice. I take a whole person approach that considers your emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being, and I tailor our work to what feels meaningful and realistic for you. If faith or spirituality is important to you, we can incorporate that into therapy in a way that feels natural, supportive, and aligned with your values.
