Introduction

Life can feel challenging, especially during times of change and uncertainty. Past and present stressors can seem to overlap, and we often pay the price with our health and well-being. Therapy is a courageous first step towards gaining a deeper self-understanding and embracing your personal journey of healing and growth. I am passionate about working with my clients through processing their past experiences, learning new skills, developing self-compassion, improving relationships and living fully in the present. Together we can rediscover your unique passions, interests and strengths, while creating a meaningful and balanced life. I have over 20 years of experience as a therapist and I bring a compassionate and collaborative approach to working with my clients as we navigate life’s challenges. My areas of expertise include life transitions, trauma recovery, depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, stress management, chronic illness, compassion fatigue, grief and loss. Using a positive and strengths-based approach, I provide a safe, supportive, and compassionate therapeutic environment. Together, we can navigate life’s challenges - both past and present, while exploring individualized tools and new perspectives that foster healing, growth, and enhanced well-being.
