Introduction

I have always enjoyed the sense of connection I get from making someone feel understood. I understand how it feels to be alone with a problem and I want to be able to offer relief to people. This is what drew me to pursue my MSW. I'm a Licensed Social Worker in the state of Pennsylvania. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, women's issues, infertility. I use an eclectic approach (CBT, Person centered, Strength Based, ACT), and cater to what is best for the client. I think of the therapeutic relationship as two people working through a problem together.
