Introduction

I provide individual therapy for adults and teens in Boise, Nampa, and online throughout Idaho. My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and guided by Internal Family Systems (IFS). I welcome clients with a wide variety of concerns, including trauma, anxiety, grief, life transitions, identity exploration, and relationship challenges. Together we create a collaborative space to explore your inner world, reconnect with yourself, and move toward lasting growth and healing.
