As a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) and ultramarathon runner, I draw upon principles of mind-body connection, resilience, and growth through challenge in my work with clients. With over 10 years of experience supporting adolescents and families, I bring a deep appreciation for the experiences and transitions that shape us throughout the lifespan.
