Introduction

You've probably been carrying a lot for a long time. Maybe you're great at it — the person everyone else leans on, the one who keeps going. And deep down, you're tired, and you're not totally sure who you are when you're not managing everything. That's what I do, not fixing you, because you're not broken. I help you get back to the real you that's underneath all the coping. I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Washington State, and I work with adults who are dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, and emotions that feel too big to handle. My style is warm and direct. I'm not a blank-slate therapist who just nods for fifty minutes. I'll be real with you, I'll laugh with you, and I'll gently tell you the truth when you need to hear it. Therapy works best when you don't have to put on a show. You can bring your whole self here — your history, your identity, your humor, your worst week. Nothing you say will be too much. All my sessions happen by secure video, so you can do this work from your own space, on your own couch, without a commute or a waiting room. For a lot of people, that's what finally makes therapy possible. If any of this sounds like what you've been looking for, reach out. The first chat is just a chat.
