Life can bring all kinds of challenges—stress, anxiety, self-doubt, or relationship struggles—and you don’t have to face them alone. I work with adults using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and an attachment-based approach to help you understand how your thoughts, emotions, and relationships influence each other—and to develop practical strategies for feeling more confident, connected, and in control. For couples, I’m a Gottman Level 1–trained therapist, helping partners communicate more effectively, rebuild trust, and deepen their connection. Together, we work to transform patterns and create strategies that make relationships feel more supportive and joyful. I also provide family therapy, guiding families to better understand each other, navigate challenges, and strengthen bonds at home. This includes adult families, estranged children, parents, and in-laws. My approach is compassionate, culturally aware, and trauma-informed—creating a space where growth, insight, and positive change can happen.
