Introduction

If you’re struggling in this season of life with food, your body, or your sense of self, you don’t have to hold this alone. You might be feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that no longer feel sustainable. Therapy can be a space to slow down, get curious about what’s happening beneath those patterns, and relate to yourself with more compassion. Together, we’ll explore how culture, identity, trauma, and neurodiversity shape the way you experience yourself, your relationships, and the world around you. Over time, you may begin to feel more at home in yourself. I am a queer, nonbinary therapist with over a decade of experience across multiple levels of care. My work centers those who are longing for a gentler relationship with themselves. I specialize in eating disorder recovery and body image work, with a focus on supporting LGBTQIA2S+ individuals and anyone exploring their identity. I help clients build a more compassionate relationship with food, body, and self through a queer-affirming lens. My approach is grounded in Health at Every Size (HAES), body liberation, and harm reduction principles. I bring clinical expertise and a deep appreciation for the complexity of healing and self-discovery. I aim to create a space where you feel truly seen, safe, and understood. In our work together, your victories will be celebrated, your losses will be honored, and even the hardest parts of healing will be met with care and compassion. Together, we’ll move at a pace that feels meaningful and sustainable for you. If you’re curious about working together, please reach out. I offer a free phone consultation and would be glad to connect. *Please note the following:  ~ My practice is solely virtual. I see clients residing in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Oregon, as I am actively licensed in these three states.  ~ I am not in-network with any insurance company. I provide "superbills" for clients seeking reimbursement from their health insurance provider for out-of-pocket therapy expenses. ~ I offer a free, 15-minute phone consultation to answer questions and hear more about what's leading you to therapy at this time. I know this step is vulnerable, and I seek to provide direct communication and support from the very beginning.
