Introduction

Anna specializes in supporting individuals, couples and families experiencing generalized depression and anxiety, as well as trauma, grief and loss. Her work is centered around helping clients reconnect with their authentic selves and cultivate self-worth through being self-led. She has a special interest in working with individuals, couples, and family systems navigating emotional pain, relational and attachment wounds, using a blend of modalities including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Somatic Experiencing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and the Gottman Method. Grounded in her own life experience and the tools that supported her through personal hardships, Anna’s goal is to provide the kind of presence and support she believes everyone deserves. Rather than offering solutions, she walks alongside clients, helping them reconnect with their own inner guidance. Anna believes in creating a therapeutic space where clients feel empowered to lead their own healing journey. Anna is deeply compassionate, spiritually grounded, and has a neuroscience-informed approach to healing. Anna’s therapeutic style integrates traditional psychotherapy with holistic tools such as meditation, mindfulness, and working with the subconscious—honoring the mind-body connection and each person’s inner wisdom.
