Anna’s heart for counseling is to create a space for healing and safety, walking with people as they unravel the hard and engage in their story. She values embracing the "both/and" realities of life and believes that growth often begins when we allow ourselves to sit with vulnerability, even in the presence of fear. Her goal is to create a safe and welcoming environment where clients feel supported in exploring their stories and experiences, while discovering opportunities for growth and flourishing within them. Anna works with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults. She has experience supporting individuals navigating grief, anxiety, depression, and significant life transitions. She is currently in her pursuing her Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and is in her final year of graduate school. Anna uses an integrative approach working from the theories of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Dialectal Behavioral Therapy. Anna recognizes how much strength and courage it takes to engage in the counseling process and wants to walk with the client as they go on this journey. Anna is under the clinical supervision of Kimberly Cook, LCSW.
