I’m a creative, personable, and encouraging mental health provider who works primarily with adults navigating anxiety, mood disorders, depression, and ADHD. My approach blends cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, and ecotherapy and movement techniques, offering therapy in-office, via telehealth, or even on the walking trail next to my office, for those who find healing in movement and nature. I am guided by a humanitarian worldview, I’m especially passionate about supporting women, survivors of domestic violence, creatives, and neurodivergent individuals. I aim to create a space that fosters confidence, insight, and genuine connection—where clients feel heard, empowered, and inspired to grow.
