Introduction

Therapy: I specialize in using Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to support clients navigating addiction, trauma, OCD, chronic medical conditions such as traumatic brain injury (TBI), grief and loss specifically survivors of suicide and those left behind. I enjoy working with clients aged 18+, couples and families via an online platform from the comfort of your home, office, or wherever life might take you. I’m dedicated to supporting rural and underserved communities in Alaska and Washington, as well as individuals navigating complex and intersecting challenges, using a collaborative approach to help you achieve your goals. Substance Use Assessments: I conduct substance use assessments that may be required by an employer, legal issues, and divorce/custody issues utilizing American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) Criteria.
